We’re looking for an Executive Producer to lead the delivery of our most important work. This person will be planning projects, driving momentum, and ensuring everything we put into the world is done with top tier execution.

At Study Hall, the Executive Producer operates at the intersection of client, creative, and business. You are responsible for turning every engagements into tightly run, world class projects. You will work closely with Creative Directors and leadership from pitch through delivery focused on shaping scopes, structuring engagements, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout. You will oversee the health of projects, accounts, and major parts of the agency. Expect to drive momentum across teams and ensure the work holds up at every level. Brilliant creative can't get done without brilliant execution and we expect this role to lead with clarity, make decisions, and step in wherever needed to keep projects moving and outcomes strong.

• Project & Client Leadership:
  • Oversee projects from pitch through delivery across brand, motion, digital, and 3D
  • Own client relationships across engagements
  • Structure projects for clarity, efficiency, and absolutely killer work
  • Maintain momentum across teams and phases
• Scoping & Commercial Ownership:
  • Build scopes, timelines, and resourcing plans
  • Own budgets, burn, and project profitability
  • Ensure work is set up to succeed from the start
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead internal teams across disciplines
  • Align creative, production, and external partners
  • Provide clarity, direction, and support across projects
  • Maintain high standards across delivery
• Execution & Delivery:
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at maximum output
  • Identify risks early and manage them effectively
  • Maintain strong communication across all stakeholders
• Business Development Support:
  • Support pitches and new client pursuits
  • Identify opportunities to expand work within accounts
• Systems & Process:
  
  • Build and refine workflows across the agency
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Bring structure to how we scope, track, and deliver work
  • Integrate tools and workflows (including AI) to improve speed and clarity

• 10+ years of experience in production or project leadership
• Experience leading enterprise scale brand, digital, or motion projects
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and complex scopes
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of agency economics
• A hustler

• $170k–$200k base
