We’re looking for a Head of Growth to drive how we expand - building pipeline, shaping opportunities, and converting momentum into meaningful, long-term partnerships.
As the Head of Growth, you’ll lead how Study Hall grows - from expanding pipeline to closing high-value engagements.
This is not a traditional sales role. This is someone who can create opportunities, build relationships, and convert them into meaningful, long-term client partnerships.
You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, Executive Producer, and Creative leadership to translate our positioning, work, and ambition into a consistent, high-quality pipeline, and ultimately, revenue.
Over time, this role should become the engine behind our growth, building both a larger team and a system that scales.
Pipeline & New Business
- Own inbound and outbound new business opportunities
- Identify and prioritize target clients and verticals
- Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline
- Deal Process & Conversion
- Lead early conversations and qualify opportunities
- Shape scopes, proposals, and positioning
- Drive follow-ups and push deals through to close
Growth Strategy & Systems
- Build and maintain pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Define stages, probabilities, and revenue visibility
- Create repeatable processes for outbound and inbound growth
Client Expansion
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with leadership and production to grow key accounts
- Ensure strong continuity from sale → delivery → expansion
Market Positioning & Presence
- Stay close to market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
- Help refine how we position and sell our work
- Represent Study Hall in conversations, meetings, and industry settings
Talent & Network Leverage
- Leverage personal network to drive introductions, opportunities, and partnerships
- Identify and connect with top creative, freelance, and agency talent that strengthens our ability to win and deliver work
- Use talent relationships as a growth lever — unlocking new business and expanding existing accounts
- Partner with leadership on key hires or collaborators that support growth priorities
A commercially sharp, relationship-driven operator
Strong communicator with presence in senior client conversations
Experience selling brand, design, digital, or creative services
Proven track record of closing meaningful deals
Comfortable building systems and exploring modern solutions
Someone who wants real ownership and upside

$150k–$300k+, depending on demonstrated experience and performance
