Study Hall is a multidisciplinary design agency based in Oakland, CA. We practice the unconventional applications of conventional disciplines to create distinctive, effective, and irresistible creative. We’re looking for a Producer to help run and support multidisciplinary work across brand, motion, digital, and 3D, bringing organization, clarity, and momentum to how projects move through the studio.

At Study Hall, the Producer supports and leads projects across multiple creative disciplines. You are responsible for translating ideas into clear plans, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Motion teams, and senior production leadership to structure work and maintain momentum across a range of outputs. This role is a key part of how we operate day to day. You will support complex work while building toward deeper ownership over time.

• Project Support & Coordination:
  
  • Support execution across brand, motion, digital, and 3D projects
  • Help define timelines, deliverables, and resourcing
  • Keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:
  • Help bridge workflows across brand, motion, and digital teams
  • Support alignment across disciplines and outputs
  • Ensure deliverables are consistent and well organized
• Client Support:
  
  • Assist in client communication, status updates, and meetings
  • Help prepare materials and keep deliverables on track
  • Maintain a professional, clear, and responsive presence
• Financial & Operational Support:
  
  • Track project budgets and timelines
  • Support forecasting and resource planning
  • Help identify risks and flag issues early
  • Maintain visibility into project progress
• Team Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, and Motion teams
  • Support teams in delivering high quality work
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment
  • Contribute to a positive and productive working environment
• Systems & Process:
  
  • Support and follow established production workflows
  • Help improve organization and efficiency across projects
  • Contribute to evolving how we run integrated work

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in creative production or project management
• Experience across brand, motion, or digital work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented with a proactive mindset
• Interested in growing into a more senior production role

• $95k to $120k base
