We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead complex digital and interactive work, bringing structure, clarity, and control to how ideas become real products and experiences.

At Study Hall, the Senior Producer, Digital / Interactive is responsible for bringing complex digital experiences to life from early concept through launch. You are structured, proactive, and fluent in how design, UX, and engineering come together. You translate ideas into clear plans, guide teams through ambiguity, and ensure work holds up both creatively and technically. You work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and engineering partners to ensure digital work is not only well made, but well run.

• Project Leadership:
  
  • Lead digital and interactive projects from kickoff through launch
  • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resourcing
  • Structure projects so teams can move efficiently
  • Maintain momentum while managing complexity
• Digital & Technical Integration:
  • Understand how design, UX, and engineering intersect
  • Translate creative work into clear build requirements
  • Bridge design, UX, and engineering with a strong grasp of modern web stacks such as React frameworks, headless CMS, and API driven systems
  • Translate concepts into detailed technical requirements including content models, component logic, and responsive behaviors
  • Partner with developers to scope builds, challenge assumptions, and ensure feasibility across performance, accessibility, and scalability
  • Anticipate technical constraints and edge cases including localization, browser inconsistencies, and CMS limitations
  • Guide teams toward practical and scalable solutions
• Client Partnership:
  
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients on digital work
  • Lead meetings, status updates, and key milestones
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and with confidence
  • Build trust through organization and follow through
• Financial & Operational Management:
  
  • Own project budgets, burn tracking, and forecasting
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Identify risks early and adjust course as needed
  • Maintain clear visibility into project health
• Team Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with design, motion, and engineering teams
  • Create alignment across disciplines
  • Support teams in delivering high quality work
  • Maintain a strong and consistent operating rhythm
• Systems & Process:
  
  • Build and refine project workflows and systems
  • Improve how digital work runs across the studio
  • Contribute to scalable production practices

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in digital production or project management
• Strong experience with web, product, or interactive builds
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, front end workflows, and development processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working closely with both design and engineering teams
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• High ownership and strong attention to detail

• $110k to $150k base
